Hello Kimberely, did you enjoy book 2? Thank you for reaching out. Part 3 will be out, early October. I have started writing it. Because the book is going to be so long and I want to give you guys a longer book, with an epic ending I am going to need at least 8 to 10 weeks to work on it. I will post bits and pieces and the 1st 3 chapters on my blog in the next 3 weeks if you want to read that. www.shanrk.com

Hi Isabelheffley. I apologize dearly for the delay. My book was rejected by Amazon, and I had to rewrite quite a bit of content without changing the storyline.
I am going to be publishing it shortly. So the book and links etc will be out on Tuesday 23rd October 2018.
Sincerely Shan

Everything inspires me. Sometimes I could be sitting in the garden when a feeling I can't describe with enough words for one to understand. But it is this sudden urgency to grab a pen and paper or my laptop. Sometimes I write for a minute when these feeling assault me and other times I can continue for days.

Write. Don't stop writing until you are done with the book. Don't edit or read through your work too often.
I find with myself, I always put really unrealistic deadlines and though it seems crazy to most, to me it is my driving force. I like to work with stress, I write better when I am under pressure. So find what works for you. I always tell my kid, that we are all different. Because something is suitable for you, or you are good at stuff, doesn't mean it is the same for someone else.
I think as individuals we need to actually learn to accept peoples individuality and learn to use that not only in our personal lives but also in writing.
A strong Character in any book that your write is a necessity, no matter how small part that character plays.
I once started writing a book and initially I added a small piece for a character that was important at that time, but I had no intention of the character playing a longer role. A few weeks later, I had this thought and the small character ended up becoming a lead in The Satan Sniper's MC.
Talk less, and write more. I hear so many people telling me that they are working on their debut novel, I don't want to hear about it, I want to read it.
If someone offers you assistance, take it.
Don't let your ego get in the way.
Take risk.
We are the mirror of our thoughts so think positive ones.
Listen to the opinions of others, but if it doesn't help you grow, let it go.
Never say that you are too tired, too busy today to write, there is an app that helps you voice to text, you can make notes while you cook, or change or go to gym.
Don't feel guilty if you wrote one page instead of 5. 'You wrote one page' that is better than nothing. Remember there are 365 days in a year, one page a day is a novel a year.
Quality is better than quantity.
But with all that said, the best advice I will give you is wake up early and for ten minutes sit up and breathe. Tell yourself that today is the day you are going to accomplish one more step towards your goal.

(view spoiler)[There was no specific where or what, that gave me the idea to write Kylie Bray. It's been a emotional journey putting this story into words. What started out as telling Michaels and Kylie's journey as they became one, turned out into to something much more than just that. She had this inner strength that was unheard of for a woman as young as she was. So one day It just kept bugging me as to why, why was she so jaded, tainted, what made her into the woman she became. There was so many questions. The answer was something I wanted to discover for myself and the only way I knew how was to write it down. So one night I just started from the beginning, from that first love. I cried when I finally read what I wrote. It taught me something that I never really understood before, it taught me that the only way to truly understand ones choices is to understand the reasons why. For Kylie Bray her reasons had a name Vincent Stone. (hide spoiler)]
