I'm sorry - I don't know about the UK specifically, but the paperback for Prince of Song and Sea releases this year! Most releases that are hardcover first release as paperback a year or two after their release.

My friends and critique partners have helped me the most, and honestly, I've hindered myself the most. It's easy to lose sight of a book when working on it. Like with anything else, you have to take care of yourself when writing.

I think they're the same thing and that where villains and antiheroes differ is in their actions - how they attempt to achieve their goals and their reactions to what hinders them. A villain can have (what we would consider) "good" motives but that doesn't make them an antihero. The reactions to everything are where the line is to me.

I always loved the movie (it came out right before I was born), and I loved the idea of being able to understand it through Prince Eric's perspective since he's one of the most active early princes!

One time I sent a query letter in comic sans. I feel like that's really humiliating, so if anything bad happens when querying, just take comfort in the fact that it probably wasn't as silly as what I did.
