'Guilt Unplugged: Waking Up From The Lie We Live' is a perfect companion to my first book 'Addiction Unplugged: How To Be Free'.
Guilt and shame are intricately interwoven into addictive behaviours. They are topics that affect us all in one form or another, though they often remain hidden from us. The prompt for me to write the book on guilt is simply down to the fact that it is something never questioned deeply enough, never examined, healed, or brought closure too. Once we do so, we all begin to enjoy the freedom our heart, mind, spirit and will yearns to experience ... just as it does, once we identify and move beyond our various addictive behaviours and dependencies.

It's not something I have experienced. However, if I begin to find my writing hard going at any stage it's my cue to stop and take a natural break from it. For me, it's usually an indication that the ego, rather than my Soul is trying to do the writing and that never feels right.
