Becoming Wise: An inquiry into the mystery and art of living by Krista Tippett. I've recently started listening to her podcast 'Becoming Wise' and as I found in my investigation into human suffering those that grow through their suffering become wiser. I'm interested in her take on this.
Transforming Trauma: Discovering wholeness and healing after trauma by Jame Gordon. I read an interview with Dr Gordon a psychiatrist and liked the fact that he is also a storyteller who uses integrated practices for dealing with trauma.
My recent fiction reads were Tandia and The Power of One by Bryce Courtney a gripping storyteller whose work I had always meant to dip into but never had the time because of the reading research I needed to do for my latest book
