Well, I talk with a lot of people and I like talking as well. But most of them, I feel, are trying to fill a void or feel bad about the way things are in their lives and hundreds of other things. This book is an attempt to help people introspect and find answers to their concerns. The idea actually came when I was looking for answers myself and developed a theory to deal with the problems in life (though it is very simple but we overlook the facts in trivia of the situation),and which I wanted everyone to benefit from.
