Ice-cream Bliss (The Joys of an Empty Head) is a true story about my experience at yoga school in India. Two impactful incidents happened midway through my four-week teacher training. The true nature of one of these incidents - the financial crisis - doesn't fully hit until I have left the safe and cushioned yoga school environment.
