Having the opportunity to live without limits. My world, my rules. It's nice to just let the imagination run wild. Of course, eventually, you have to reign things in so it makes sense but that first draft is always a ton of fun.

For over a year my good friend has been pressuring me to read Outlander so I finally got it. I'm a super slow reader because I have so much on the go and only a very small slot of time allocated for reading but I'm hoping to have it read by the end of the summer. Here's hoping!

I just write anyway. Generally writer's block is just caused by stress or distraction, so I sit down and make myself write SOMETHING and eventually the 'block' works out.

Just do it. Don't let your fears, insecurities or anything else stop you. If you want to write, write! Tell your stories.
Don't be afraid of criticism. It WILL hurt, that's okay. When you're ready, put the hurt aside and see if anything they said was legitimate and use that information to become even better.
