Hmm.... I would love to see what the country looked like before the European settlers got here-- just to see the beauty of it-- and the vast spaces before all the cities and such... but that isn't fictional-- just something I always think of when I travel the country... I have to admit-- like a lot of people would say, I'm sure--Hogwarts would be fun to visit .. and I wouldn't mind seeing the world of the Circle of Friends at all.. and the world Nora Roberts created in her new book: Come Sundown.

Hi! I'm sorry to answer so late-- I was away from home for a good part of May, and have been doing "catch-up" ever since.
I just downloaded Nora Roberts latest-- Come Sundown, and Amanda Quicks, The Girl Who Knew Too Much. I also see Karen Robarbs is coming out with the first book in a new series very soon-- The Ultimatum... and I downloaded a new author to me-- a historical mystery by Rosemary Simpson, What the Dead Leave Behind, and I'm looking forward to reading that... I also have 3 books on my schedule to write-- so it's going to be a very busy summer! If you come across a great mystery, romance or romantic suspense-- I'd love to hear about it so I can add to my TBR.. :-)

Well... I probably should go to the gym, but in reality-- I'll usually fix a cup of coffee, watch some TV show, and then go back and sit at my desk and tell myself to just plow through it!

My first novel, Blue Silk and Gold, is a full length, stand alone novel that is part of a series with on-going characters. I'm currently working on another book, Believing in Dreams, that is part of the same Circle of Friends series

I've always wanted to write. I'm happy I'm at a point in life that I'm able to do that.

The book is set on the Barbary Coast of San Francisco, in 1852-- four years after gold was discovered in the Sierra Nevada mountains to the east. Since I live in the San Francisco Bay area, it seemed natural to set a story here.
