I'll either play guitar for a few minutes, shift focus to another project, or work my way through it. (I've read somewhere that playing an instrument opens blocked creative pathways in the brain.)

Creating through description. As writers we an image and it is the readers mind that forms the physical image. We only suggest what is there or words spoken and the readers interpretation is what forms that picture. So in a sense, a Writer's works are physically incomplete without our readers.

Keep writing and reading. Granted, I should be taking my own advice on the writing aspect, but I've been trying to read as much as possible when I'm lacking on time spent writing.

Not really sure as to how I get inspired. Most of the time ideas just come to mind when I'm allowing my thoughts to wander. Inspiration is everywhere though, and sometimes it may be something seen or heard that triggers an idea.

For Second Chances, the idea just came to mind one day. I took the idea and started expanding it into what it is today.
