Ah! The best question ever, and the most difficult to answer.
Process #1: When writing, I often see another way, another situation, and another world to create. I jot down the idea, let it grow, then define the very important story arc.
Process #2: I'll be driving or dreaming or talking, and an idea just pops into my head. Those are my favorites.

I write as a habit and love writing, so my problem isn't being inspired, it's keeping up with the ideas as they come. I have stacks and stacks of completed outlines ready for manuscript phase. Please help me.

I grew up without a television. (My father finally caved when I was 13.)
3) Do not, under any circumstances, think an idea is bad to write about. Some manuscripts are for practice and they will contain treasures to cash in later.
