Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Martha Lemasters It’s a memoir about my life during the 10 years I worked at Kennedy Space Center…I promised my co-workers I would write a book someday…in fact, I threatened them by saying, “You know I’m going to write a book and you’re going to be in it, especially after what you did last night.

How do you get inspired to write?

Martha Lemasters Because of the brilliance of the people I worked with on the Apollo Program at Cape Kennedy and the magnitude of the program.

What are you currently working on?

Martha Lemasters Going on book tours, stopping every few days at different places…which is exactly why I never became a rock star!!

Martha Lemasters Work hard, read a lot, get advice. Don’t give up.
