I have a very active imagination and jot down ideas in little notebooks all over the house! Slowly, all the little notes seem to come together and make one big note that can be worked on. Then the initial idea begins to grow... and grow...and grow.

The ancient whaling port of Whitby, is steeped in myths, folklore and legend. It was the inspiration for Bram Stoker's Dracula. I used to live near Whitby and visited often. The quaint streets and alleyways are just bursting with drama and suspense. An ideal setting for Zak's latest, supernatural adventure!
