One way is to write at a certain time of day every day or on a regular schedule, even if you don't write anything: you just persist until your mind gets so bored it has to work, Also, if you really have to jump-start things, you destroy your last few pages you wrote: that will terrify your subconscious into working again. But do this only when you have no other way.
