Pooja Perumal
I mostly deal with the dreaded writer's block by giving myself a day off. That's the beauty of being self-published, I think. But if the need to write still gnaws on me, I start reading the book I'm working on and correct mistakes as I find them until I reach the current place in the book. By then, I generally come up with something to continue with. The trick is to let the mind overcome the block naturally and not force it into pushing out thoughts and ideas. I'm sure each writer has their own way of overcoming this hurdle, and this is mine.
