Thank you for asking! I am working on my fourth book in The Misadventures of Seefus Slug series. This story revolves around military families and some of the dynamics that they encounter in a Seefus story. Hopefully, it will resonate well with a lot of our young uniformed personnel and their children. Hope so!

It's very satisfying to communicate your own ideas and see these effect other people, hopefully in a positive way. I'm sure that you can ask a musician the same question or other artist and get a similar answer. It's a wonderful feeling to feel that your work is appreciated and found to have value.

I've had many ideas over the years and started on a story many years ago. My husband loves to read and write as well and began writing a novel. My experience as a special-needs teacher finally helped me put my ideas into action.

My most recent book, Seefus Goes to Sleep, was inspired from personal experience, as a young mother and also as a teacher during nap time! I think every parent has been there a time or two when we desperately need sleep but our little tots aren't as ready as we are!
