My focus is on the Strive launch October 1 and on promotion of the book, but I have started on my next book. It's very much in its infancy, but the focus will be on leadership.

Honestly, everyday life! If we pay close enough attention, there are stories we can learn from all around us every single day.

Strive began as a part of my daily devotional time. Rather than journaling (something I'm not great at!) I began writing what I was learning and applying in my life to an audience or reader. I shared a couple of my writings with some friends and family members who were in need of encouragement, and as they began sharing them with others, and eventually the writing morphed into a blog. Over a year later I met author Adrian Gostick at a leadership conference and after he read my blog he encouraged me to get published, which began the journey to making Strive a reality!
