Was there a print version of The Phoenix Egg (The Dungeoneers, #1.5) and if so where can I find it? I prefer physical books over ebooks. I just bought all 4 main books and discovered I was missing this short story. First two books are awesome just starting the third now.
Jeffery Russell There's not yet a print version of The Phoenix Egg and I think it would only be a page or two if there was. It's a very, very short story. My hope is to include it in a short story collection at some point, the catch being I have to write a bunch more short stories first. I'm not quite sure who listed it here as "book 1.5" but it's caused my shortest story to be one of my most asked about which is the sort of thing in life I find to be funny. Is there any Dungeoneer's merchandise?
Jeffery Russell Not yet. It's something that I've wanted to exist for a long time but I'm also really picky about merch and haven't nailed down any concepts I'm excited about. Your question has me thinking about it again though!

On my 4th (5th?) read of The Dungeoneers I spotted some small errors (in my kindle edition). Do you want that info (for a possible future Second Edition Deluxe Collector's Volume, With Expanded Content)? What's the best way to pass that along?

Are there going to be any more books in the Dungeoneers series after the Mazerynth which was released 4 years ago? It's been a long time since i've enjoyed a series so much!

I've stopped trying to predict when it will be finished but the fifth Dungeoneers book, 'To Dungeons Deep,' is on the horizon.

Been eagerly awaiting, any chance of Mazerynth and Phoenix Egg coming out in audiobook?
Jeffery Russell 'Someday' is about the best answer I've got at the moment. My original narrator retired from the biz and I've had a succession of others flake out but I still intend to get Mazerynth out on audio at some point. Phoenix Egg will eventually make it to audio as part of a future short story collection.

Did you get a cover designer to do your book covers, or did you do it by yourself? They're beautiful!
Jeffery Russell Thank you! I do all of my covers myself but I do use stock images to put them together.

Is the second book of The Dungeoneers ending with some kind of cliffhanger or is the last of the series/standalone?
Jeffery Russell The Dungeoneers books are written with the intent that they can be read individually and in any order. While they may reference events of the other books each one is a complete story. Number three should be out before the end of the year!
