Haha, as a millennial, nearly anything can be seen as romantic. But I don't think anything does it more for me(Guin) than hearing a love interest admit they cook. Read a dozen that have said it all in different ways, but nothing's sexier than a person admitting "There's no way I'll starve because I can cook."

Fingers crossed! Our 2nd release, a YA Realistic Romantic Fiction. It features an Afro Latinx(Haitian-American)heroine, and a biracial (Japanese/Welsh) hero who become best friends after learning they live next door to one another.

To be honest, a plethora of things inspired "The Mark of Noba", but the gamers in us is going to say the video game Kingdom Hearts was the biggest inspiration, due to the world hopping aspect of it. =)
