nice trailers. Can you tell me who made your trailers? I have trailers for all four of my books which I made myself. I am also curious where you obtained the content for the trailers. -- thanks in advance
A.L. Long My designer is Elena Krishtop. All of my content is purchased through Depositphoto, Shutterstock or Bigstock. It's quite pricey, but worth it.

If you could travel to any fictional book world, where would you go and what would you do there?
A.L. Long That is a hard one since most of my books are based in New York. Given that, I created a make believe place in my third book of the Jagged Edge Series called Kierabali. I think if there was such a place that is where I would want to go. The only thing I would do there is write and and write some more.

What books are on your summer reading list this year?
A.L. Long I have a busy summer planned, but I hope to get through the books that were recommended. Maybe a little Maya Banks.

What mystery in your own life could be a plot for a book?
A.L. Long Wow, that is a hard one. When I was little May Day was celebrated. You don't see that celebrated too much anymore. I always wondered who was the person that always left me a basket filled with goodies on my front door step. That was always a mystery to me.

Who is your favorite fictional couple, and why?
A.L. Long I think of all my favorite fictional characters I would have to choose Romeo and Juliet. It is where romance and true love is really told. As for my own work, I would have to go with Rade and Dylan
They were my first and their love for each other gets tested on so many levels.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
A.L. Long My family always said I had a great imagination. So I guess the best answer is from within.

How do you get inspired to write?
A.L. Long When I retired, I wanted to fill my time with something that I could enjoy so it was at that point I decided to write.

What are you currently working on?
A.L. Long I am working on a Trilogy. I have just completed book two and am now working on book three. I am really excited to see it finished.

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?
A.L. Long Don't ever quit. As long a you love writing, keep going.

What’s the best thing about being a writer?
A.L. Long I can open my imagination. I love putting my thought down on paper.

How do you deal with writer’s block?
A.L. Long I go jogging for half an hour and come back with what I needed to continue writing. It helps clear my mind.
