I love "Music for the Masses" (it was the first CD I ever owned), but "Violator" and "Songs of Faith and Devotion" are my ultimate favorites. I even have a tattoo of the Violator rose. I figured that, even if I don't like DM in the future, it's still my middle name.

I swim or spend time near the ocean. For some reason, water just seems to get the creative juices flowing. I swam so much during grad school that I like to say that I wrote my thesis underwater.
