I'm a lucky author because I have some great fans who keep in touch with me. Recently, a few fans gave me several ideas for some new projects and I'm working on turning their ideas into books.

Over the years I've developed a simple system to deal with writer's block. Instead of delving into writing and pushing through it, I completely step away and take a break. It's my mind and body's way of telling me that I have probably over exerted myself.
This doesn't happen often so it's good time to take a mini vacation with the family. By the time the vacation is over, I miss writing and can't wait to get back into it. This helps come back with a fresh mind.
