I love creating these stories. I love giving these characters a voice. I love to experience their lives. I love to sit back and watch as their stories unfold.

Write. When you feel lost or beat down, write. When you feel that your stories aren't being read, write. I write for me. I write because I enjoy doing it. If people like to read what I write, then great! If they don't, I will continue to write.

I've decided I want to write in waves. Since Love After Pain was an emotional, my next book it going to be light, funny and sassy . Then hopefully, if everything goes as planned I'll write a dark book after. It's hard to plan though, especially when you have characters who want their stories told. When that happens there is no holding back.

I like to take real life situations and dig into them. I've noticed that stories tend to just pop into my head and I work with that.

I read and I read A LOT! I've read numerous books about wives losing their husbands and having to carry on, but I haven't read a book where the husband was left. I wanted to explore it, and David wanted his story told.
