C. Tuttle Anything and everything inspires me.
I can get an idea for a plot twist from a stranger smiling at me as they hold the door at a store or wake up from a dream and like what it was about then incorporate it in my work. Its really the fact that life is inspiring enough and sometimes those aspects correlate with what I'm working on so I integrate it in the storyline.
C. Tuttle If I find myself in a rough spot with one story I jump into a blank document and start writing the words or sentences floating in my head. I do my best to clear the "floating fragments" from my brain and refocus on the story I was previously working on. This seems to work most often than not.
C. Tuttle The best thing about being a writer is I get to create a fantasy world that closely resembles this one but get to play around with paranormal occurrences and pull the reader into something they won't want to leave.
C. Tuttle I'm currently working on edits for the novella that supports A Storm Within, which is named Suppressed Chaos. I have also started book two in the series - Dark Temptations - which has a tentative release date of December for this year.
C. Tuttle I got the idea for A Storm Within from, well, a storm! It reminded me of the turmoil most teenagers go through from start to finish in their high school career. Also, the added pressures from their relationships with one another as well as their parents. I meshed it all together and threw in a paranormal aspect to mimic their emotions to further elaborate on the pressures of being a teenager in today's society.
