The Humor Advantage was born out of my travels to inspiring companies around the globe and my fifteen years of work as a speaker on workplace culture. As a "recovering government manager" who worked in a soul-sucking, fun-sucking, Dilbert-like work environment, I decided to make it my life's mission to talk about how work doesn't have to drain your soul and how yes, it really can and should be fun!
