I do my work. It is sometimes easy, sometimes it is hard. Writers block doesn't exist, if you don't feel like writing that is fine. Not everyone will always feel like doing it all the time. I will say that if you write and don't have another job you had better write or else you won't eat.

Write. Submit. Get rejected. Write more, get rejected more. Wear every rejection as a badge of honor. Fail your way to the top. Everytime you get it wrong you are one step closer to getting it right. Also remember if it was easy everyone could do it!

I am finishing the serial novel "Six Thegn Quean". I am also the Editor in Chief of a dynamic new pulp fiction magazine spanning eight genres, "Cheapjack Pulp". I also have a genre bending novel project in the works which should be out before 2015 is over. It is going to be very cool for my follwers.

I sometimes feel an overwhelming need to get a story out and it just appears. There are other times when I have to treat this like a job and just get the words on the page. Writer's block is a myth. I don't get to claim block at my day job, so if I don't write at any given time it is because I have chosen not to be a writer at that moment. I refuse to fool myself and think otherwise.

I needed an idea to start off the inspiration train for NaNoWriMo in Nov 2014. I started with the concept of Chapter One being similiar to "The Seven Samuri" but with six women barbarians instead.
