That's a great question! For me, it depends on the books. While some of my books have obvious Christian messages, some of the others, like the IDIA series, don't specifically mention Christianity. In those books, I try to bring in positive, uplifting themes that can still point people to God.
And if someone refuses to read my books because they consider they don't want to read something written by a Christian, that's their right! My goal isn't to reach everyone, but I hope that the people who do read my books find something in them that brings them joy.

I actually don't get to read many superhero books, but there are a few I really like! One of my favorite superhero seires is Brandon Sanderson's Reckoners series. Right now my favorite superhero book is Blank Mastermind by Rosey Mucklestone. It keeps me on the edge of my seat!

One of the big pros of being a homeschooled writer was having a lot of extra time! It's different for every homeschooler, but for me, I was able to get my schoolwork done quickly and have a lot of extra time to work on my own projects.
I think one of the cons was actually not having access to as many people. In "real school," you have more real-life inspiration from the variety of people around you. You get that as a homeschooler, but not with as much variety as you would at a public or private school.
I do think that the pros outweigh the cons, though, when it comes to being a homeschooled writer, and I wouldn't trade that experience for anything!

Thanks so much for the questions! I published my book through Amazon's program, Kindle Direct Publishing. It's a fairly simple program, but you do have to be 18 and up to publish on your own.
Twinepathy will probably be published sometime in 2016. But at the moment, I'm serial posting it on my blog, a new post every Monday. If you'd like to start reading it, you can see the first part here!
