Read. Read as many different genres you can. Reading helped me identify the kind of story I like, the kind of POV I like portrayed, the kind of characters I most identify with. I try to read as much and as often as possible.

I am currently working on the second book in the Skatia Narratives, tentatively titled "Amethyst Rising." Lots of action and romance!!
