Write. Anything. Just write. It can be complete rubbish but just write and if that doesn't work try something else you love.

I get to live in countless worlds and meet such amazing people in my stories and when I realise that they came from my head just blows my mind.

Writing is work. Work you can love but still it is work. Write when you are happy, sad, bored, busy. That way you won't be lead on a leash of your creativity. Talk to any artist and they will tell you that some of their best work is when they have worked on something till it is beyond finished.

I'm writing Megan's story. She is Warren's little sister and she is all grown up and trying to find her way.

I read. I mean I read a lot. My stories come from what I read. And it doesn't have to be fiction. But the Glyph Warrior series was inspired by the fact that i live on an Island and when the scientists started to predict the outcomes of global warming it intrigued me and made me grateful that I live in the mountains instead of on the coast.

Characters seem to arrive in my books and if they get stuck in my mind I have to write their story. In Sorrow Also Sings I had to write Degu's story. He was supposed to be just a bit part player in the first book but I liked him too much.
