Teresa Roblin I was reading a paranormal romance and thought what if these Alpha males could do more than just shift? What 'gifts' would they possess?

I asked this question to a group of ladies, while we lounged in pj's, drank wine and snacked on comfort food and the ideas ranged from hilarious to fan-your-face delicious.
Teresa Roblin just from watching television shows, the news, movies, reading other romance novels, and brainstorming. My head fills with ideas that I need to write down before I forget them.
Teresa Roblin It's been a tough road getting back to writing.

My sweetie was diagnosed with cancer Aug 5 2013 and he died March 4, 2014. I spent the first year in and out of hospital for his treatment, then most of my days by his side when none of the treatments worked. Once he passed away I went numb and existed on auto-pilot trying to set my home in order and be strong for my boys.

I'm slowly coming out of my cocoon. I read my third book I completed (Wolf Shifters that are Gifted) and realized there should be a prequel. So now I'm plotting away and creating my worlds and figuring ways to link them.
Teresa Roblin Never give up!!! Hang in there and believe in yourself.

Do the best you can with the gifts God gave you and don't compare yourself to the writer who writes faster than you. If you can write 250 words a day (which is a page) or a 1,000 that's great. These tiny steps add up in the end
Teresa Roblin The best thing about being a writer is you are the boss, and the worst thing about being a writer is you are the boss (LOL)

As a first born, Italian female I've had to learn how to say no and make my goals more important. I'm still learning.
Teresa Roblin When I hit a brick wall I usually stop what I'm writing and do something creative. I bake, I read, I vacuum with music on full blast, take the dog for a walk and talk to my characters.

I love bouncing ideas with my sisters (who are voracious romance readers) and fellow writers.
