Write. That's it. Above all else, a writer writes. Each paragraph should be better than the last even if it is only by a tiny amount. Don't stop until you think it's ready and then hire an editor.

i had a bad case of block for a few months and so i took the time to write every day but i reduced the writing I did. It is always important to write even when you don't think you can. i have deleted so many chapters I wrote and then decided were bad later.
