start writing ry day and don't worry about the style at first just get it down in some form. find what works best for you handwritten, word processor, we're dictation software. best to get your ideas down first sometimes though, and it just rented manner but that's no problem.
when you have been cut since that you said something, go back and look at the sentences you have written when you rearrange them and edit them you'll usually find the message that you were trying to deliver.
Remember, you're creative unconscious mind is your best writing friend, but like all relationships it needs to be nurtured regularly.

I keep a block of sticky notes by my bedside and I absolutely will myself to write down the ideas that flit through consciousness just before I fall asleep and when I wake up from a dream. It's one of my most valuable tools. There's even a whole in it to hold a pen or pencil.
