Judy Dippel My own experience with postpartum depression (not to be confused with the more common baby blues) has been a catalyst for reaching out to women who all too often suffer in silence. It is a clinical condition that affects 11-20% of new mothers. My hope is to dispel the darkness with facts, share other women's stories to help women know they are not the only one, they are not going crazy and they WILL get well.

I feel a responsibility to come alongside other women, particularly, to share what I have learned and overcome, in hopes of inspiring and encouraging.

Judy Dippel I either sleep on it and come back to it the next day, or go for a walk... get some exercise and "clear my brain." Like magic, creativity returns.
