It is important that you feel within that you have a story that is exploding to be told. Then it is very important that you write down every idea, thought, line... that starts occurring to you in a book or on your laptop... even if the plot or the characters haven't fully developed. Then if you are serious enough and the passion the strong, the story will form its own natural shape right before your mind's eye... and you'll experience that magical feeling... WOW!!! Did I just create that!

The thing about good writing is that when the images, the dialogues, the emotions, the scene, the expressions of the characters are all so very vivid in your mind... and you are bursting to let everyone else know what you are seeing... that's when the writing flows down like a waterfall... and is at its best! So you have to get into this mental trance with your story and your characters!
