Haha, I bet your guess is off a bit. My major was Biblical Text. I got my BA of Arts from Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas. I pursued an MA in Old Testament, but bended up preggers and unable to complete it. I had thought about going back for a second degree in linguistics and getting an MA in linguistics as well. For my undergrad and graduate degrees I studied Greek, Latin, Hebrew, Ugaritic, and German.

While I do appreciate that you are trying to sell a book with that pitch, from what I've read, you have written a romance from the male perspective, which is actually quite common among romances. Even introverts are common personalities among romance authors. I, myself, am currently writing an all-male perspective romance.
Your pitch makes it sound like you decided to write romance without actually reading any. And while I am more than happy to have a look at your book for review, it would have to be pretty magical to gets me past the disappointment I am feeling about your pitch and the confusion I experienced while reading the blurb.

While I understand your confusion over the blurb it is meant to be that way. Now while there are many romance novels written from the male perspective none and I mean none are written as this one is. Yet I have not read and do not claim to have read all romance novels. Still the ones that I have read are pretty much following a typical story arch no matter the style of story. And if you read the blurb then you must have seen the reviews given about it.
I will say this though, and I do not say this lightly, while there are some typos, the rest of the book is to be read as is. The grammar choices that I took scare the Sunday reader as they prefer a story that is spoon fed to them. If after reading this you are still interested please email me at kalamadea1234@gmail.com and I will send you a pdf copy to read. If not, thank you for your time.
Below is my most negative review of this work, I could give you the five star ones but the most negative review speaks volumes about my work. He gave it 3 stars.

If you are looking for a well written, very literary book, then this one might be for you. I respect the author's vision and I acknowledge the artistry of the writing, but I just could not get into it. ...more

Love it, but I haven't finished yet, so I haven't gotten the review really done. I will post it as soon as I do, though!

The second book in the Guardian novels: Falling Angels follows the life of Ambrose, one of the Fallen. He's bitter, sarcastic, and acerbic in every way, but Lavinia will tame him if it's the last thing she does.

Read. A lot.
Hire an editor. If you need a rec talk to your favorite authors. My editor had a payment plan for me that worked on a sickeningly small budget.

Three things I can think of that are the best about being a writer:
1. My job is to escape into my own little world.
2. Reader feedback is like Christmas morning every time. Good or bad, someone read my book!
3. That moment when I suddenly know exactly what I am about to do and I'm so excited that I just have to share with someone--anyone.

Favorite thing about being a writer? Hard to say. I love creating in general, but my favourite moments that come with that are the OMG-!-I-have-the-best-idea-! moments that come during the creative process. I get so excited I usually have to share them. I'm glad my friends and fans don't mind spoilers!

I spend a lot of time in irreligious conversations with my father, who takes every opportunity to misinterpret scripture he can get. He has influenced my writing and especially the world of the Guardians.
