Den Warren Yeah. Once in awhile someone calls me Dan. Wonder what we have in common? Maybe I'm his uncle.
Den Warren I take a shower. I don't know why, but things become clear. Now, admittedly that doesn't always work. I sometimes get my characters into an impossible mess. Then after I figure out how they can resolve the situation I know it will be one of the best parts of the book. Of course, they could always just die.
Den Warren Writing is a creative and dynamic activity. It is work, but it is satisfying knowing that someone may enjoy a story I did long after I am gone.
Den Warren A lot of people are good enough to write something worthwhile. Just write something and have someone look at it if you are not sure. Just keep at it until you get where you want to be. I am not the worlds foremost authority on writing fiction, but I have learned a lot about writing fiction and I would be willing to read your stuff.

I feel pain when I read someone quit their job to write full time. Get that out of your head. Go to work and write in your free time. You will go broke for no reason. Admittedly, I am a bit of an insomniac, so I have lots of extra time to write and hold down a job.

Den Warren Another book in the series.
Den Warren I am a very driven person when I want to do something. If anything, I remorse over feeling guilty for spending so much time on being an author and publisher.
Den Warren The idea for "Ayanna" the novel, came from the character, Ayanna in my first book, Kings and Clans of the Midwest. So, the novel Ayanna is a sequel as most of the characters follow it. Ayanna, the character is kind of a unique character who had a strange background and some strange characteristics. I also wanted to scribble something that young women could relate to.
