Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Ken Englade My work is almost exclusively non-fiction and timely. I read the newspapers and watch the network newscasts.

Ken Englade My latest book about the Marine Corps and military justice -- Meltdown in Haditha -- will be published by McFarland & Co. Early next year under the name Kenneth F. Englade

Ken Englade Learn to accept rejection.

Ken Englade I can work when I want, on what I want, and how I want.

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Ken Englade Because of my background in newspaper and wire service journalism, I’ve never experienced writer’s bloc. I can =always= get something on the page. Then i have to refine it but that’s another story.
