I've always written. In the earliest years it was letters and correspondence school lessons because mail came and went out every two weeks. When I taught, I wrote and copied additional material for students. Then came a request to write two text books, which I completed.

Most recent is Beyond the Floathouse, Gunhild's Granddaughter, my own life from birth to the end of high school. It seemed important to complete for future researchers wanting information about life on the remote BC Coast during the first half of the 1900s. That lifestyle no longer exists.

It hasn't been a problem yet, because I continue to write non-fiction, memoir, generally real life experience that may be interesting for others to read or learn from.
