I'm about 3/4ths complete with a series detective novel called One Way Out, which features bipolar private investigator Rick Malone, a Denver-based P.I. trapped by a snowstorm in the fictional small mountain town of Glanton, where his long-lost friend Marcus McMasters sits in jail accused in the disappearance of a missing local girl. With the one road in and out of the valley blocked by snow, Rick is forced to navigate a web of corruption, racism, drugs, and money to figure out what happened to the missing girl before something much worse happens to his client.
