I play video games. Read something. Clean the house. Let it stew for as long as it needs. I do the same thing with a plot point I don't particularly like. When I was working on Immortal Legacy it started with an ambiguous city. I hated that. I knew it wasn't going to be the permanent decision - it just couldn't be. I was listening to an old playlist at the gym, Concrete Blonde was queued up, Bloodletting. It clicked - New Orleans. (less)

I also have various half-formed …moreI am constantly working on a half dozen different things. I have two, if not three, novels in various states of work. I also have various half-formed ideas about additional books in the same sphere as Immortal Legacy. As well as a folder, a journal, and a notebook of "ideas" if I need to add something else to my plate. Needless to say, I am never not busy.(less)
