Hi everyone! I’m Lee from outside Houston, Texas. I’m so happy to find a group that probably understands the struggle of a never-ending TBR list. I’ve been a reader during my retirement, though lately, I’ve been spending just as much time on the writing side of the desk as I do in the reading chair.

I’m a huge fan of thrillers, particularly the ones that are "a little off." I love a story that starts in the real world but then introduces a twist that makes you question how things actually work.

Hi, I'm Devora. I read romance, thrillers, literary fic, horror, memoir, historical...actually, anything that's not post-apoc.

As an author and editor, I adopt fictional problems as my own, and have a TBR that could be considered a geological landmark. Stories that keep me thinking long after the last page are my drug of choice.

I was contacted by an impostor using your name, and while I don't fall for the typical scam emails by now (learned the hard way, unfortunately) it definitely makes it a lot easier when the original group is so clear. Thanks very much! I have given the scammer an earful and sent them on their way, which sadly is as much as I can do without a real name or location, but at least that much was easy. ❤️
