When I was a kid, there was an ice cream parlor- restaurant in Brooklyn called Jahn's that had a dessert similar called the Kitchen sink. SOmeone would have a birthday and all the kids would dive in, damn the torpedos germs, full speed ahead.

I made a gluten free chocolate cake / with mayo. Its so rich !
I will make it again with the regular oil and eggs to compare. I used a box mix from King Arthur.

Mayo sounds interesting, never tried that before. How did the cake taste?

It really brings out the chocolate. The cake was rich. Everyone liked it.
