Sweet. I'll take that offer. What's the best books to attempt to replace my old and worn out(but not because he lives forever) book boyfriend Edward Cullen? I need a more "adult" character. The sexier and crazier, the better.
Thanks in advance!

Thanks Dee. I just started the Knight Fight game and may have questions really soon!

You could check out the, sluts unite thread, wait, I mean the book boyfriend thread.

Lol, have fun!

I live in Hiram, GA. I work a 9-5 job as a business systems analyst but spend a great deal of my down time reading and writing. I look forward to conversing with you guys!

If you need any help, just sing out!

Thanks Katter. I've joined two challenges so far and my TBR pile is growing each day.

I will check it out. Thanks Dee.

Thank you Tammy. This group looks like a fun place to participate in.

I'm guessing you have read Cat and Bones?

I normally go by my pen name, but you can all call me Ana or Anastasia if you really like..."hey you" works too. I am a lifelong reader and now an author who is trying to figure out where her crazy stories fit in the grand scheme of things. I love anything paranormal, especially vampire/werewolves, as long as they don't sparkle. I'm new to this whole Goodreads thing. Until now I stuck to Twitter and Reddit to connect with people, but I feel like I need to find people who actually share my passions, so here I am. So here I am, looking forward to getting to know you and maybe picking up some new ideas.

Once they killed to feed, now they thrill to feed. (That's why it's an erotic paranormal romance.

Favorites include Stoker, le Fanu, Vampire: the Masquerade tabletop, Certain Dark Things, V-Wars, and too many movies to comfortably list. I'm relatively new to Goodreads -- been reading books with another group ("Vampires, Weres and Fae") but I see lots of books here that they haven't mentioned, so hooray for variety.
I'll promote my novel over in the proper place.

My name is Kat. I like cheese and, well, vampires. I'm here because I was looking for obscure book recs / reviews (and secretly wanted to bond with fellow vamp maniacs)... But I think I might need some help navigating. Where do you rec vampire centric novels in this group?
After years of repressing my interest in vampires (after the trauma of reading Twilight), I'm back into the thick of it and looking for books with unique perspectives on vampirism. So far, I've only found one convincing book like that: The Vampire Tapestry. I'm definitely interested in reading more books like it. Next I'm planning to read The Historian and Fevre Dream (though I have at least 15 other vampire novels on my TRL) but if you have any recs, I welcome them as well.
I know Vampire the Masquerade as a concept only and have never read Interview (in part because book series are daunting but also because of Rice's attitude towards her fans). Maybe one day I will venture further with either.
Anyway, I've rambled on enough. Feel free to PM me if you want to talk more! Thanks and nice to meet you all! :D

(This is a steampunk action story with hints of romance. It's a great series.)

(Has a strong female lead and fun plot.)

(Don't be fooled by the chesty cover! This novel is awesome.)

(I love this series. It's like a steampunk Gothic Alice in Wonderland but with vampires!)

(I've only read this one book out of the series but I was impressed with it. I thought it was worth mentioning.)
Happy reading! :)

(clicks on all of them)
Holy carp, I have a lot of reading to do. Thanks, Katter!

It's nice to meet all of you!
