Joshua Narins Hello Everyone,

I just joined the group today and wanted to introduce myself.

By way of an introduction, my name is Joshua S. Narins and I am a literary fiction author based in New England. My debut novel, False Neutral (c) 2022, was released last October, and I am proud to announce that it was honored as a 2022 Finalist in The Wishing Shelf Book Awards across the pond in the UK.

False Neutral is a contemporary character-driven drama set in Boston, in the Back Bay, and the North End, and is a simple story of choices made and not made, and the collision of those paths.

Currently, I am in post-production on my next novel which should release in Fall 2023.

I look forward to hearing/reading about all of the projects that all of you are working on.

Best,

Joshua S. Narins

D.E. Heil Hello,

It has been a few years since I’ve been active on this board, so I wanted to reintroduce myself as I try to get back into the swing of things.

I am currently reading A Rising Man by Abir Mukherjee to add new perspectives to the suspense/thrillers I write under the name of D. E. Heil.

It is often said that writers are also voracious readers, and I hope to access more books on the new Kindle I requested as a gift for the upcoming Father’s Day on June 16.

It’s good to be back!

Sincerely,

Dale (aka: D. E. Heil)

Tanmai Aasrith Varma A. Hello Everyone,

I'm excited to join this group and introduce myself. My name is Tanmai Aasrith Varma Ayenampudi, but you can call me Aasrith. I recently self-published my first book called "The Power of 77," which is a self-help book that aims to inspire and empower readers.

Although I am a final year medical student, I have a growing passion for writing. In addition to my self-help book, I am currently working on an old school young adult romance novel that I hope to release later this year.

I'm eager to get to know all of you and learn about your projects. Let's connect and create meaningful connections within this group.

Best regards,
Aasrith

Cora Kent Hello, everyone!

I'm Cora, first and foremost a reader, but also an author!

I enjoy reading romance books, business and productivity books, some historical fiction, and even throwbacks to my YA days (looking at you, Sarah Dessen).

I'm currently writing my first dark romance book with a college bully theme. I'm enjoying learning about Goodreads and figuring out how to use this massive, beautiful system. All tips welcome! ;)

message 4735: by Penny (new)

Penny Heart Hi, I'm Penny. I'm publishing my debut next month on Kindle Unlimited. I read and write contemporary romance, especially things that make me laugh, make me a little frustrated (don't you just love yelling at imaginary people!), and make me beam with joy. Romance is my favorite genre, but I also love mysteries, and series books are my jam. Book series with romance and a mystery/spy/suspense plot?? Oh, man, those are catnip to me!!! Thanks for letting me join!

Thanks, Jerush. Nana is our real-live sheepdog, and also the narrator of the book, NAUGHTY NANA. She is a huge ball of fluff! And thankfully she's not naughty anymore.

Hamza Hello,
I'm Hamza, and I just joined Making Connections. I'm a coloring books designer. I prefer books that are fast-paced and a bugbear of mine is when the book seems to be padded out - Great Beginning, Great Ending but the in-between leaves a lot to be desired!

Thank you!
Best.
