Hi Everyone, I am busy working on the sequel to my first novel EDDIE which came out at the end of last year, through Amazon and IngramSpark.
I am trying to get my head around marketing. I have set up an Instagram page, a Twitter account for my main character EDDIE to comment on things robotic, like the current furor over AI, and I have my author Goodreads and FB pages.
I am curious to know what other writers do for marketing, and keen to know what readers look for in finding new authors?

Hello everyone, just introducing myself - my name is Steve Grobschmidt. I'm a long-time Goodreads member but two weeks ago published my first work, a sci-fi novella called Gemini Girl.When it comes to reading, my favorite genres are science fiction and fantasy, but I try to intersperse books in there that are completely different. Amazon First Reads has been great for that (I tend to pick ones that aren't what I'd usually read).

hello everyone! I just wanted to introduce myself. I am a full time stay at home mom with two crazy toddlers. I got back into reading as a way to maintain my sanity haha. I really enjoy most fictional works. I prefer Young adult, new adult, or just adult. I am working on building a good review page, but I am a slow reader so sometimes I feel I can't get enough done in a year. I look forward to hearing from everyone!

If gray romance was a genre that would be the perfect spot for my books. There are dark themes and content in my books, high angsty emotional journeys, and most are more or less low spice.
