My stories have a underlying message for readers that bring hope and healing. My latest novel deals with bipolar disorder and how the disease affects the entire family. But it offers a healing place for suffers and their families.
I teach creating writing and moderate a critique group at the Largo community center, in Largo, Florida.

I read and write across genres, but historical fiction is my favorite.
I'm really looking forward to interacting with this group.

hang in there, Alan

I am Sofi Bautista, I present myself for the first time to the Amazon Literary Award Contest 2018, with my Novel Debut "Down" Because true love, does not know about math! This in Spanish Language, in case you want to encourage reading. It is a romantic comedy with high doses of reflection on the prejudice against people born with some syndrome or disability. Super recommended, yes, warning: When you finish reading the book, you may experience intense desire to hug your children and never let go.
Also, they may want to lynch the author.
I sincerely hope that those who speak or understand Spanish can read it and tell me how it seemed to them. It is available for you to read for free on Kindle Unlimited.DOWN: Porque el verdadero amor, no sabe de matemáticas.

thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm just beginning the marketing part (ugh!) I look forward to reading the posts here.

My blog/website is http://rachaelanthoney.com and I'm also starting to become more involved in the bookstagram community. You can find me at http://instagram.com/rachaelanthoney.
I'm a sucker for a gorgeous cover or sleeve. I love, love YA and NA fiction as well as historical fiction, classics, and biographies. I also go through spurts of being obsessed with one genre for awhile before flitting to the next. Right now, I'm all about the Shades of Magic Trilogy so if you want to fangirl about Lila and Kell (mostly Lila), hit me up!
My goal is to finally start (and finish) an MA in Publishing and figure out a place in the industry where I can flourish. I'm really excited to be in this group!

Hi Heather! It's nice to meet you :)

Frances I have sent you an email

Welcome Alicya!! I'm also Canadian and self published. My second book was released late April. Nice to meet you! :)

Hello Alicya! Welcome to the group! I also live in Calgary.

I like to read fantasy, historical fiction and humour.
I write fantasy. So far, I have only published two books, but I have several unpublished works waiting.

I have been writing professionally for decades. I have published short stories and about a year ago I started an independent publishing house to release my first novel. I am working on a second book.
I am a member of the Writer's Union of Canada, the Canadian Media Guild and the Professional Writers Association of Canada.
It is my pleasure to be a part of this group.
Hi, David,
It's great to meet you online. My writing background is similar to yours in that I've published short stories, too. I'm a Pushcart Prize nominee. I worked as a writer in corporate America for many years, and I've also thought about starting my own small publishing house to bring my work into the world. I'm a Goodreads Author and you can feel free to contact me at dianerosiermiles@gmail.com if you ever want to talk shop.
