Hi, I'm Misty. I'm brand new to Goodreads and have no clue how to navigate. I'm a little nervous and overwhelmed but I'm an avid reader who wouldn't mind giving reviews and making friends. I enjoy reading mystery, suspense and sci-fi and prefer it if they are on the "clean" side. I had my first novel published by a small company as a teen but then I was swept away from writing by the busy bustle of adulthood. Recently I was convinced to self-publish my latest work on Amazon which is an anxiety inducing feat for a shy introvert like myself. :) Thanks for having me in the group. :)

Thank you for accepting me into the group. I am new to goodreads as I have just started my career as a author. I have been working as a psychologist and relationships therapist and now want to reach out to my clients as a writer. I am currently working on my latest book which I am planning to publish with Balboa press. It is called Stop Kissing Toads - Pucker up and find your handsome prince. I am experimenting with Amazon and have released a book called How To Disarm a Love Bomb. Hi Misty, thanks for your welcome. I like to write (and plan on publishing) sci-fi and fantasy as well. I'm trying to find more time to write every day so that I can one day achieve my goal of self-publishing --hopefully in the next few years.

Hey Ardis, It's out of print now, but there are still copies floating around under my maiden name, Misty Henson. It was about a group of teens/pre teens who solved mysterys. The writing is pretty embarassing at this stage of my life, Lol. I promise I've improved, haha.
