Thanks for the welcome Tim!

Been a member of this group for a short time, just checkin' y'all out. Seems like a good group. I'm a very busy writer of Fantasy and Sci-Fi with a day job, but hope to be spending more time here, getting involved.
Hope to see y'all around!

Hi K.C., I guess I'm not the newest guy anymore!

Gee, I hope being the "new guy" doesn't involve any special "duties" like holding apples for archery practice...

Don't lump me in with her! She's the new one now! I don't have to wear the cone of shame any longer!
Hi, Sarah! And welcome!
Um...as the newest member, you have the honor of um wearing this beautiful ... necklace. Yes. Necklace! That's it!
I'm free!

I'm also a book reviewer, podcast reviewer, blogger, and, by day job, a journalist and editor. Glad to be aboard and looking forward to getting to know people in the chats.

My name is Victor and I am the author of the book "Mal: An Odyssey of Non-sequential Segments of a Life", that someone described as a "Touching, Gotchi Bildungsroman, an incredibly dynamic novel, a post-modern study of identity and self".
I'd like to find someone available to read and review my book.
Also, my book giveaway has just started today. I invite you to enter it: https://www.goodreads.com/giveaway/sh...
Thanks,
Vic

I'm Oumaima, I'm waiting for my first book to be published, it's YA fantasy, and as for reading it depends on my mood.

This is Kenny. Am an Indian by heart - grew up all across India, right now based out of London.
Grew up reading all kind of books - both in Bengali [my mother-tongue] and English; blessed to be bilingual as there is a treasure-trove when it comes to books in Bengali and is always better to read it from the first source rather than translations.
In due course it became an addiction so much so that reading 3 novels a week became a must during my high school and college days... Now, job and work has taken its toll - but it has made me realise what was missing from my life - the books...
Hence, in my latest avatar, after a hiatus of few years, i reinvented myself as an author - that not only allowed me to vent out my creative side, but also acted a stress-buster... thus came my first published novel "Game of Anarchy", a political thriller set in the current political context of Indian subcontinent.
I still read a lot of books - especially action, adventure, thrillers, fantasy [sci-fi / medieval - dragons, dwarves and elves]. Looking forward to making some friends and interesting suggestions for books.
Regards,
Kenny
Author of Game of Anarchy

My name is Nicole Moore, I'm a fairly new author of a series of young adult books about a girl Sarah and her horse Flynn trying to make it in the world of professional riding. The books are part of the Shade Break Farm series, and I invite you all to take a look!
I enjoy reading anything and everything, from mysteries to sci fi, and especially horror. I recently started reading Joe Hill's books beginning with NOS4A2U, I highly recommend it.
I'm currently living on the East Coast, and I enjoy reading (obviously), drinking tea, hiking, and horseback riding. Really looking forward to participating in discussions and meeting some friends!
Thank you,
Nicole

I am Chukwuka Amu, a Nigerian resident in his own country and in a marriage blessed with two kids.
The former me died couple of years back to resurrect into who I am today- author of inspirational books by a predominant use of original Biblical interpretations.
It is my vision to see our planet become exceedingly populated with people of freedom to be original or spiritual via knowledge of self. As this is the only way the world could get the healing it earnestly groan for.
I look forward to meeting people I can look up to in this forum as I consider myself a baby in this business of authorship, though from the perspective of years of experience.
I love you all!

It's a medieval fantasy (which is, of course, my favorite genre) about a prince and nobility (which are of course my favorite type of people). My favorite book is Eragon and the rest of the Inheritance Cycle follows close in line.
Happy Reading!
As for reading, I like to read a wide variety of genres. Some of my favorite authors are Chuck Palahniuk and Christopher Moore.
