The best way I have learned to over come the black space in my brain is to step away from the computer and do something different. I have found that doing something like going for a run, taking my kids to the park or even a hobby like wood working can really give my imagination the room it needs to explore new ideas.(less)

I didn…moreWhen I first started writing my first book I made a promise to myself that I would start writing and not look back until the book was finished. I didn't want to read what I had written and be discouraged if I felt it wasn't "good". There is plenty of time for story line and grammatical editing once the book is finished.(less)
