Ro is a writer and researcher from Germany who has been living in England since the autumn of 2020.

By night he works in a hotel, by day on a PhD in English literature. In his dissertation, he explores the depiction of monstrous plants in the fiction of the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

His own writing is centered around similar topics and atmospheres - he likes texts that are dark and strange, and he can never resist a (fictional) murderous plant.
