for what it’s worth, there was nothing brilliant in the third book and the ending was horrid. i am living vicariously through you having quit at the second book because i desperately wish i had done the same. (i was even so tempted to, but i plowed on. and oh, the regret. 😭 now i’m on goodreads reading all the one-star reviews so i can feel better about my own horrible experience…next time i’m tempted to quit a series, i’m going to quit.)
Do you like anything YA I’ve seen you comment things like this on every YA book I’ve read and you make me not want to read them but they turn out to be amazing
